stuffed christophines

Stuffed Christophines recipe

Péparation 50 minutes


Ingredients

  • 2 christophines
  • 100 g of smoked bacon
  • 1 tbsp of heavy cream
  • 2 sprigs of chives Sprigs of flat-leaf parsley
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 small vegetarian pepper
  • 1 sprig of thyme, stripped of leaves
  • 1 small handful of grated cheese
  • Salt and pepper


We begin...
    Cut the christophines in half and place them on a plate, skin side up. Microwave for 10 to 15 minutes (depending on power). Gently remove the pulp from the christophines, keeping the shells. Let drain in a colander for 5 minutes if necessary...
We blend
    Chop the herbs and combine them in a bowl with the bacon bits. Cook for 3 minutes in the microwave.
Few more steps...
    Mix the christophine pulp with the bacon-herb mixture.Add the cream, salt and pepper.
Ding! It's ready
    Garnish the shells with christophines and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C. Enjoy!
